Superfood Smoothies to Lose Weight –  These 10 Superfood Smoothie recipes are super easy and super fun to make. You can make them very quickly as well.

All these are really healthy and refreshing and they’re great – all you need is a powerful blender to work with. A few things to remember: always try to get fresh fruits and veggies. You can use either seasonal fruits and veggies or the frozen ones. If you like the ‘nutty flavour’, you can soak the nuts in water for a couple of hours or overnight to make them softer. Try different nuts, fruits and veggies of your choice.

1. Superfood Berry Smoothie

 

 

  • 1 cup of Greek Yoghurt
  • ½ Cup of Strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of Honey
  • ½ Cup of Raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds
  • ¼ cup of Walnuts
  • ½ teaspoon of grated fresh Ginger

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup fresh Orange Juice
  • 2 tablespoon of raw Oats

  • 1 Pear

  • ½ cup of Mint Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon of raw Oats
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
